Banh Mi

Mark and I wanted to try and make vietnamese banh mi sandwiches at home.  We pickled the daikon and carrot.  We were able to get the baguette bread, pork meat, and pate from a Vietnamese deli/market.  The sandwiches were pretty easy to make.  Here is a picture of one of that we made.
